Using Google Analytics helps me to see how my site is being used and to improve your experience.
The user data collected by Google Analytics is all anonymous. You can find out more about Google’s position on the privacy of its analytics service at Google’s website, here.
Please note that this website includes links to other websites that are not governed by my GDPR policies.
I do not have any control of these websites and cannot be held responsible for your privacy if you choose to visit them.
If you are concerned, it is advisable to exercise caution and look at the privacy statements of the websites in question.
I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to manage your account and to provide the services you have requested.
I will not contact you for any other purpose unless you actively request to join my mailing list.
I will not pass or sell your details to third parties.
If you choose to work with me, I will require the following details:
• Your name (for all communications)
• Your business address (for accounts)
• Your email address
• Your telephone/mobile numbers
• Any further details required
This information may be collected directly from you, or from your website.
If I need to share the information, for example, with other creatives on a joint creative project, I will not do so without your express written permission.
The details you provide will be stored on a securely stored, password encrypted laptop, which is used purely for business purposes.
The laptop has a dedicated portable backup drive, which is also stored securely and separately from the laptop.
Emails are downloaded from my webmail account, then stored and accessed via my Apple Mail software.
Copywriting projects, quotations and invoices are stored in a designated folder bearing your company name.
I am proud to run a paperless office and avoid printing hard copies wherever possible.
If a printout is necessary — for example, to write on during a critique — I action any changes as soon as I get back to the office and destroy the hard copy thereafter.
In accordance with GDPR data regulations, email correspondence will be deleted six months after the conclusion of our business — when the project is completed and final payment has been made.
Digital copies of invoices, bearing contact names and company addresses, will be stored digitally for the length of time required by HMRC.
I use my mailing list purely for marketing this business and to provide you with details of new blog articles, social media posts and offers.
If you have asked to join my mailing list, the email address you provide will be held securely by MailChimp and you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
